PURE PLEDGE SCREEN REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

WHAT IS PURE PLEDGE?

1) You must register within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this program.

2) Once registered, the Pure Pledge Program will reimburse you for the REPAIR of your broken device screen based on the reimbursement amount of your original purchase (up to $100, up to $150 or up to $250).

3) PureGear does not replace phones, this program covers your screen repair only.


Before filling out the registration, please have the following available:

1) Photo of your receipt/proof of purchase

2) Your 15-digit phone IMEI number, this can be easily located by dialing *#06# on your phone's dialpad.

3) Sku/Item #, which is located above the UPC code on the back of the package

4) The 7-digit Pure Pledge Code located on the back, in the green bar on the bottom right side.

Pure Pledge Coverage:
